Thank you for shopping at Tier 1. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition with packaging intact. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at teir1love@outlookcom with your order number and the reason for your request.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund.
